These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the BURMELIN website and any purchases made through our online store, official social media platforms, or in-store at our Bangkok locations. By placing an order or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Products & Accuracy

BURMELIN offers a curated selection of men's premium clothing, including polo shirts, T-shirts, linen pants, jeans, and jackets. We take great care to present our products accurately.

Product Images — All product images on our website and social media are intended to represent the item as accurately as possible. Minor colour variations may occur due to differences in screen settings and lighting.
Fabric & Sizing — Fabric compositions, measurements, and size guides are provided for reference. We recommend consulting our size guide or contacting us directly if you are unsure of your size before purchasing.
Availability — All products are subject to availability. In the event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or a full refund.
Pricing — All prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will always be honoured at the price at time of purchase.

Multi-Channel Ordering & Payment

BURMELIN accepts orders through multiple channels to make shopping as convenient as possible for our customers.

Ordering Channels — You may place orders via our website, or through our official social media accounts on LINE, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Order Confirmation — An order is considered confirmed only after you have received a confirmation message or receipt from BURMELIN. Please retain this confirmation for your records.
Payment Methods — We accept bank transfer, PromptPay, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of order. Full payment is required before orders are dispatched.
Order Accuracy — Please review your order carefully before confirming. BURMELIN is not responsible for errors in orders placed through social media or messaging channels that result from inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly, with delivery available across Thailand and to select international destinations.

Processing Time — Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment. You will be notified when your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Within Bangkok — Standard delivery within Bangkok is estimated at 1–3 business days, subject to courier schedules and circumstances beyond our control.
Nationwide Delivery — Orders to other provinces within Thailand are typically delivered within 3–7 business days.
International Shipping — International delivery timelines vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country.
Shipping Fees — Shipping costs will be clearly communicated at the time of order. BURMELIN periodically offers free shipping promotions, which will be announced on our official channels.
Delays — BURMELIN is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our control. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.

7-Day Free Exchange Policy

At BURMELIN, we stand behind the quality and fit of every piece we create. We offer a 7-day free exchange policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Exchange Window: Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date or date of in-store purchase. Requests made after this period cannot be accommodated.

Eligible Items — Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for exchange.
Exchange Options — We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability. If your preferred option is unavailable, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative.
How to Request — To initiate an exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp at +66 83 539 8811 or through any of our official social media channels with your order confirmation and reason for exchange.
Return Shipping — For online orders, the cost of returning items to us for exchange is borne by the customer. BURMELIN will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you.
In-Store Exchanges — Customers may also bring eligible items to any of our Bangkok store locations for an immediate exchange, subject to stock availability.
Non-Exchangeable Items — Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for exchange. Sale or promotional items may be excluded from the exchange policy, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

We do not currently offer refunds. All sales are final once confirmed, except where an exchange has been approved under the above policy.

Store Locations

BURMELIN currently operates physical store locations across Bangkok. Our stores offer the full BURMELIN collection and in-person styling assistance from our team.

Store hours and availability may vary on public holidays and during special events. We recommend checking our official social media channels for the most up-to-date information on store hours, temporary closures, and upcoming pop-up locations before visiting.

In-store purchases are subject to the same exchange policy outlined above. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase when visiting for an exchange.
